Has knowledge with proper rules and regulations related to building and construction in UAE. He liaises with the architects and engineers to gather data, calculate dimensions, weight limitations and required requirements.
He is well knowledgeable in computer software and manual sketches to convert the designs, plans, and layouts of engineers and architects into a set of technical drawings. He always prepares and reviews rough sketches and reviews with with the team.
He is timely committed in work; preparing documents and checking them thoroughly for submittals. He is responsible in transforming ideas into specific drawings used to guild the physical construction of entities.
